Infrastructure Engineer (Unified Communications)
Nuffield Health is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer (Unified Communications) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the development and delivery of Microsoft 365-based Cloud Services, with a primary focus on Unified Communications and hands-on experience with configuring, managing and optimising the CXone platform, routing and IVR management, analytics and reporting. You will also contribute to a wide variety of projects and support initiatives across our IT infrastructure.

You will also bring your fault-finding and resolution skills to ensure the Unified Communications Infrastructure operates at its peak, delivering secure, stable, and high-performance solutions.
