This role serves as an important connection between patients, clinical staff, referring offices, insurance companies, and other departments to help ensure infusion services are scheduled accurately and efficiently.

The Infusion Scheduler communicates with patients both in person and by phone and must be comfortable managing detailed scheduling needs, medical documentation, insurance requirements, referrals, and prior authorizations.
