As a member of the Customer Service Program team, part of the Auxiliary Power Group (APU), Commercial Aviation team, you are responsible for managing the performance of the product in service, the relationship with customers / aircraft manufacturer and ensure the service teams meet the strategic and specific needs of our program. You lead integrated teams to influence product improvements affecting safety, durability, reliability or service maintenance costs.
