About the Role

We are seeking a driven and proactive Injection Moulding Setter / Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual who can take responsibility for machine performance, process optimisation, product quality, and equipment maintenance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved through efficient machine setting, continuous process improvement, preventative maintenance, and effective problem-solving.

* Set, start-up, and optimise injection moulding machines to achieve maximum efficiency and product quality.

* Carry out mould changes safely and efficiently.

* Optimise processes to ensure target cycle times are consistently achieved.
