The Innovation and Development Manager (AVP Performance Services) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Data Management to unlock the value of Data and AI across the bank. The role is responsible for driving data & AI commercialization initiatives, implementing robust data controls, and enabling data‑led projects that align with HSBC’s strategic objectives. It requires strong technical skills, effective stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and collaboration with senior management and global business/functions to ensure successful in‑country execution. Success will be measured by the ability to translate data insights into business value, foster a culture of data‑driven decision making, and uphold the highest standards of data governance and compliance.
