Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying and assessing process innovations.
• Recommends appropriate process conditions for current, new and improved products.
• Provides technical advice and assistance by conducting basic research, trouble shooting, consultation to suppliers, operations audit, evaluation of new technologies on dairy, fats & oils and general food technology.
• Establishes, maintains and continuously improves all process documentation, -reports, SOPs, technical standards.
• Responsible for the pilot plant for its safe and efficient operation including devt and enforcement of operation procedures, oversight of maintenance and reliabiity.
