The Inpatient Pharmacy Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for inpatient pharmacy services within a rural acute care hospital environment. This role oversees medication distribution systems, sterile compounding, regulatory compliance, clinical pharmacy services, medication safety initiatives, and Epic Willow inpatient workflows.



The ideal candidate is a hands-on pharmacy leader with strong hospital pharmacy operations expertise, clinical judgment, leadership capabilities, and Epic Willow experience. This role requires balancing operational excellence with patient safety, staff development, and evidence-based clinical care.
