Daily Duties:

+ Lead and manage the quoting and selling of individual dental and vision insurance through inbound calls. Provide follow up through outbound calls.

+ Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a high level of performance.

+ Report on key performance indicators, providing detailed analysis and insights

+ Provide support to small business sales and service team.

+ Foster an external image that is consistent with corporate values and objectives.
