We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the Manufacturing industry located in Blue Ash, OH. This role is an Inside Sales Representative that will serve as a direct link between our company and our customers, distributors, and field sales force. The position offers a contract opportunity and will require the individual to perform a range of sales support functions.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all customer service aspects including delivery checks, technical inquiries, expediting, order maintenance, documentation pricing, shipment details, etc.

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, including clarification and order entry

• Implement all change orders, order cancellations and maintain existing sales orders, acknowledging processing of order changes to customers.

• Investigate and verify the accuracy of all debit and credit adjustments to customer accounts.
