JOB DETAILS

1.The role is to help authors publish their books. 
2.Attending 30-40 new queries/leads via email, chat, and call daily.

3.Reaching back to the existing conversation, which needs to be closed.

4.The majority of the calls are inbound or scheduled outbound calls. 

5.The work includes understanding publishing goals of authors and helping them find the best way forward to get their work published.

6.The role includes understanding the product offerings and other training materials, have a call and close standard agreements with authors.
