Position Summary
As the Sr / Manager Inside Sales, you will be the absolute driving force behind Trantor's enterprise pipeline growth. You will step into an environment poised for expansion, inheriting an initial team of 2 high performing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with an immediate mandate to structure our outbound playbook, optimize tools, prove out the engine, and rapidly scale the team to 5+ reps as demand grows.
The Evolution of Outbound: The modern B2B landscape has fundamentally shifted. Generic bulk outreach is obsolete. We need a leader who has mastered the integration of data, intent signals, and modern Artificial Intelligence to drive hyper-contextualized, highly tailored engagement at scale, rather than just increasing market noise.
