Job Description
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8-5 initially, 7-4 and 730-430 available upon training completion)
* The Inside Sales Representative will provide a high-level of customer service and support with an established customer base to include Program Management of key strategic accounts, providing exceptional service to maintaining and increasing sales of these accounts
* The Inside Sales Representative will demonstrate a particular focus on program/customer management.
* Handle a high volume of customer interaction
* Superior Excel, PowerPoint skills
* High volume of customer quotes price & delivery by phones, fax, or email
* Manage all aspects of order entry, stock management and purchase requirements for key customers
* Daily status and review of Key accounts orders, stocking levels and re-order points
* Assist company AES's LA management in forecasting revenue and GP of accounts
