DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports directly to the Sales Lead and is part of the Sales Operations division.
- To assist with interviews and placements, reach out by phone, email, and SMS.
- To satisfy KPIs, monitor hiring metrics and maintain employer connections.
- Assign candidates to appropriate positions and describe the requirements and rewards of the position.
- Assess profiles and make suggestions for resume enhancements.
Employer Support
- Address hiring requirements and market the organization's candidates and services.
- Set up interviews and send in qualified applicants on a regular basis.
