Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team.



Responsibilities:

Other duties as assigned;

Provide the highest level of customer service;

Clearly and concisely communicating across internal departments and with customers;

Balancing customer needs and company needs effectively;

Order entry and tracking;

Participate in meetings with sales representative(s) to discuss any projects, account issues, accounts receivable issues, inventory issues, etc;

Provide feedback to management for continual process improvement;

Perform at or exceed team and individual revenue and profit sales goals as assigned by manager(s);



Requirements:

Ability to work under pressure;

Ability to multi-task;

Four year college degree or equivalent experience;

Self-directed, adaptable and positive;
