Roles & Responsibilities: Execution of day-to-day issues on restructuring and insolvency projects Liaison with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors Assist in preparation of letters, notices, reports and presentation slides Reconstruction of (complex) accounting records from incomplete information Adjudication of creditors' claims Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate Attending meetings and assist in preparation of minutes of meetings Undertaking company analysis, including financial modelling if required Attending to statutory and compliance matters Ad-hoc duties Job Requirements: Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications Candidates with 1 year of audit experience in PAC firms and keen to specialize in Insolvency & Restructuring may apply 3 years of working experiences as above will be considered for Senior position Able to work independently and in a team, to manage the project and meet project de...
