Job Description
Job Description - Inspect and monitor all civil utilities works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and authority standards.
- Supervise installation activities related to utilities such as stormwater drainage, sewerage, potable water, irrigation, telecom, electrical duct banks, and utility corridors.
- Verify line and level, pipe bedding, backfilling, compaction, and trench works before proceeding with subsequent activities.
- Ensure materials delivered to site are approved and comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections for excavation, pipe laying, manholes, chambers, thrust blocks, and utility crossings.
- Review and monitor contractor’s work progress in accordance with approved method statements and construction schedules.
