**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Move and stage materials on job sites
+ Install skylight panels and rail systems
+ Caulk, seal, and waterproof joints
+ Use hand & power tools (drills, snips, pry bars, screwdrivers)
+ Assist with fabrication and glazing work
+ Work outdoors with a tight‑knit crew

**What We’re Looking For**

+ Entry‑level friendly — construction or glazing experience is a plus
+ Comfortable using hand and power tools
+ Able to read basic blueprints
