Our client is seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer / Instructional Designer to support the design and development of impactful, client-facing learning solutions. This individual will play a key role on the strategy and design side of learning initiatives—owning content planning, partnering directly with clients, and shaping engaging learning experiences from concept through execution. Pay for this role is between $50-$60 hourly.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective learning strategies
Lead the design and planning of learning content, ensuring alignment with learner needs and organizational goals
Develop engaging, user-centered learning experiences across multiple modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, etc.)
