The purpose of this job is to conduct instructional design, development, evaluation and research for ATNS and external clients.

Responsibilities Upgrade conventional course material to Standardized Training Packages to TRAINAIR and ATNS standards Develop new courses as per TRAINAIR Plus Methodology - Standardized Training Packages (STP) Undertake preliminary instructional design studies processes, while adhering to the ATNS QMS with assistance from SMEs Draft training feasibility reports Conduct detailed task analyses Consult with internal and external clients (including SMEs) to investigate and propose instructional design or organizational development solutions.
