In this position, you will act as an internal training consultant, collaborating with upper management, division managers, subject-matter experts, and end users across the organization to assess and address employee training needs. You will apply your expertise in how people learn as you design and develop new learning solutions that inspire and enable Sargent & Lundy employees to continuously develop their skills, knowledge, and capabilities. You must apply basic project management skills to lead your assigned projects through the entire ADDIE development cycle.
Learning solutions typically include modalities such as online courses built in Articulate Rise and Storyline , explainer videos, exams, and surveys, as well as occasional job aids, instructor-led courses (virtual, in-person, and hybrid), and infographics.
