As an Instructional Paraprofessional, you will work alongside special education teachers to provide instructional support to individual students and small groups, reinforce learning, assist with behavior management, and help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities may also include supporting students with personal care, mobility, communication, and specialized learning needs while assisting teachers with classroom preparation, recordkeeping, and student progress monitoring.
