Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver individualized programming for diverse learners.
• Provide enrichment, academic intervention, social-emotional development, and accessibility & adaptive skills.
• Plan and implement responsive teaching practices.
• Create a safe and positive learning environment.
• Build learner and leadership capacity.
• Apply effective assessment practices and evaluate instructional impact.

Selected candidates should be prepared to discuss their experience and competencies related to the seven Standards of Practice for Instructional Resource Teachers.
