Job Description
Job Description - Perform day to day planning and scheduling instrument calibrations.
- Review and modify the calibration program to enhance the instrument reliability.
- Initial corrective actions for instrumentation, control and repairs.
- Familiar and ensure all work conforms to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Perform installation, operational and performance qualification of manufacturing, packaging equipment and facility.
- Manage calibration / E&I technicians to perform instrument calibration and troubleshooting according to SOP.
- Problem solving of PLC and SCADA systems, also performing backup and archival of process data backup.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment on areas under one's responsibility.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for calibration services and spare part procurement.
