Insurance Case Coordinator (ICC)

We are looking for an Insurance Case Coordinator to join our Insurance Operations team for a 6‑month term with the potential to extend or become permanent.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Insurance Operations, the ICC is responsible for handling back‑office operations in line with departmental, divisional, and corporate goals for a full‑service Managing General Agency. Key duties include new business and in‑force support for advisors and their assistants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Insurance Advisors and Assistants, building relationships and providing guidance on back‑office processes.
• Manage up to 250 new business and in‑force cases, including GIC, Annuities, and basic health products. Perform data entry in the WealthServ system, screen applications, and order required medicals in a timely manner.
