Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs.
- Prepare and provide accurate insurance quotations and proposals.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and potential clients to meet sales targets.
- Maintain updated client records and manage the sales pipeline.
- Assist clients in completing application requirements and facilitate policy processing.
- Provide after-sales support and build long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
