As our **Insurance Discovery Specialist** , you will support R1’s Insurance Discovery product and a growing client base by verifying and loading platform-discovered patient insurance coverage into R1 and client host systems—improving billing accuracy, reducing denials, and increasing revenue recovery. You will manage a coverage work queue, research eligibility, coordinate with payers and provider teams, update patient records, and follow client SOPs/documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
