In this hybrid position, you’ll handle Recovery files across various levels of complexity. Responsibilities include negotiating settlements, preparing detailed reports, and engaging legal counsel when necessary. You'll also focus on expense management while collaborating with team members to secure evidence for claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and investigate new claims immediately
• Coordinate with legal counsel and manage cases
• Review and validate claims invoices thoroughly
• Create reports for settlement and abandonment requests
• Negotiate for maximum recoveries in a timely manner
Requirements:
• College or University degree is preferred
• 1–3 years in Auto, Property, or Casualty Claims
