Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of telesales experience in the UAE, preferably with insurance products.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Online Portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self‑motivated, with a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
• Immediate joiners would be preferred.
