The Recruitment Coordinator upholds high candidate and client experience by ensuring smooth and seamless first interactions between clients and suitable candidates. They are tasked to properly schedule and hand off candidates to clients for interviews. This role plays a critical part in the recruitment process of KMC to maintain world class recruitment standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clients, candidates, and recruiters regarding schedule availability.
• Schedule multiple candidates for either onsite or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
• Send out calendar invites to clients, candidates, and recruiters in line with the agreed schedules.
• Set up virtual meeting rooms in platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet and share meeting links to the participants via calendar invite.
