Anchor Co-Living provides transitional and supportive housing for people on Medi‑Cal who need a safe place to recover, stabilize, and move forward. We support California's CalAIM Community Supports program and partner with Medi‑Cal health plans across five California counties. We are a small, growing team, and this role has a direct impact on how quickly members get placed into care.
This is a strong fit for someone who combines calm, compassionate phone presence with accurate, persistent follow‑through on healthcare authorizations. You will be the link between an inbound referral and an approved member move‑in, helping hospitals, health plans, and families navigate urgent situations with clarity and speed. For the right person, this is a chance to take ownership of a mission‑critical process and build deeper experience in intake, prior authorization, and Medi‑Cal operations.
