**Integrated Solutions Director**
The Integrated Solutions Director enables client-facing Retirement Solutions associates including Market Leaders, Relationship Managers, Field Consulting Directors, and Field Consultants to provide objective and comprehensive advice across the full financial spectrum aligned with the Institutional clients and Individual client's long-term interests. This role understands clients' unique financial objectives identified through the client engagement model. Through one-on-one coaching and collaborative interaction with select clients, this role will deliver comprehensive financial solutions coaching and skill development.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Educates and coaches client-facing Retirement Solutions associates on TIAA’s core products and tools within the Client Engagement Model.
