**Required Qualifications:**

+ Strong expertise in healthcare data models and standards, such as HL7, XML, and/or FHIR
+ Interface Engine Experience (Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Corepoint, etc.)
+ Experience leading integration and conversion projects

**Strongly Preferred:**

+ Healthcare Knowledge - Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical processes, and data exchange
+ Experience in Epic, especially with Bridges and/or Interconnect
