We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Intellectual Property Administrator to join our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia team on a full-time basis. The main focus of the role is as follows:

• Preparing official documents for the review of respective Patent Engineers, Scientists/Associates and subsequent submission to patent offices and clients.
• Monitoring and tracking of crucial deadlines of the respective Patent Engineers, Scientists/Associates that a patent administrator is supporting.
• Assisting the respective Patent Engineers, Scientists/Associates in monitoring dockets as well as their Work In Progress Reports.
