Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Associate - Hartford or New Haven

Our client is a top firm, seeking a litigation associate for its growing IP and commercial litigation practice in Hartford or New Haven, CT. The salary range for this position is between $180k to $210k.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IP and commercial litigation experience, including trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes.
• Experience with all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, taking and defending depositions; attending court conferences and hearings, conducting legal research, preparing and responding to discovery, handling day-to-day case management, and participating in trial preparation.
