Summary About the Position: This position is located with the Inland Navigation Section of Albany Field Office, Operations Division, New York District and will report to the Chief of Inland Navigation Section. The incumbent will work on civil works programs/projects to include river, harbor and coastal work. Responsibilities Coordinates with other engineers to schedule surveys for use on dredging projects. Prepares correspondence and schedule interagency or public meetings as required. Prepares estimates and pricing data and discuss on change orders, time extensions, and modifications with the contractors. Responsible for managing the integration of project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management for assigned programs/projects.
