We urgently need an interim Deputy Head of HR Operations and Systems for a charity based in the City area of London. The role is for an initial period of 3 to 6 months with a salary range of £50,500 to £60,000 per year. It can be carried out on a hybrid basis, with at least 1 day per week in the office and the remainder working from home.
The role leads the HR Operations & Systems function (c6 people), ensuring delivery of efficient, high‑quality HR services across the organisation. It is responsible for team leadership, delivery of monthly and annual HR operational processes and ongoing development of our HR system (iTrent) and HR processes. It will own the day‑to‑day HR relationship with Payroll and act as a key part in stabilising and improving HR operations, ensuring strong governance and accountability.
