The services of Hays have been retained by our client, an established Housing Association based in Belfast, to recruit an interim Director of Asset Management on a temporary contract basis for a period of c. 6–12 months with the possibility of further extension. It is envisaged that this role will be recruited by the Association on a permanent basis in due course.With an active development programme, the Association has a footprint across NI and manages a stock consisting of sheltered schemes and general needs homes.Your new role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for the effective maintenance and asset management of Association homes; for delivering high-quality, customer-focused and value for money services to residents and for leadership of the Assets team.
