Overview

JSS are seeking a heavyweight Group Financial Controller for a high-impact 12 month assignment. This is a full ownership role reporting directly to the CFO of a fast scaling, regulated bank. You will lead a complex year end process, managing the intersection of sophisticated lending products and rigorous IFRS reporting.

• Audit Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for the annual audit, acting as the primary liaison for external auditors to ensure seamless, on-time delivery.
• Technical Reporting: Manage complex accounting for multi-product lending portfolios, specifically focusing on IFRS 9, ECL (Expected Credit Loss), and EIR (Effective Interest Rate) modelling. <...
