About this Position

Assist in providing legal support to T. Rowe Price’s business operations across APAC and EMEA, with primary focus on Asia Pacific.

Work closely with Legal teams based in Singapore and Hong Kong, and other members of the EMEA and APAC Global Legal Advisory teams, supporting company secretarial, funds, separate accounts, and related matters.

Support asset‑management assignments across Asia ex‑Japan, occasional support in wider APAC and EMEA matters, and APAC Privacy & Data Protection and Intellectual Property teams.

Principal Responsibilities

• 45% - Provide legal support in respect of Asia ex‑Japan institutional and intermediary clients, maintaining and updating internal legal databases, compiling data points, and checking content of existing and terminated agreements.
• 35% - Provide legal support on company secretarial matters for T. Rowe Price entities in Asia ex‑Japan.
