Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Nottingham to manage a CQC service on an Interim basis for 3- 6 months. The organisation is well establish and supports Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health issues. This is a fix term contract which will last 3-6 months.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/ Deputy Manager to help make a real difference to young peoples lives. This is an incredible charity who have great growth opportunities and a fantastic reputation providing quality care for service users.


Team Manager Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the teams, observe and feedback on practice to improve quality, positive behavioural support and person-centred approaches.

  • Undertake regular supervision meetings with staff & facilitate team meetings.
