We're seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Manager / PIC for a short-term interim assignment at a rehabilitation hospital in Georgetown, Delaware.

36-Bed Rehabilitation Hospital

This is a working Pharmacy Manager role requiring both pharmacy staffing and PIC oversight responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include:

Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)

Provide pharmacy staffing coverage

Supervise pharmacy operations and support pharmacy technicians

Ensure regulatory and operational compliance

Support medication management for an inpatient rehabilitation setting
