• Understanding of FF&E selection (materials, finishes, detailing, measurements, calculation and scheduling/coordination)
• An Independent individual that is able to work in a team environment

• Produce schematic design presentations through imagery, mood board, technical drawings
• Knowledge & experienced with Photoshop, AUTOCAD, 2D and 3D Max (VR knowledge is a plus)
• Knowledge & experience with/of converting paper drawn layout to digital layouts & electrical plans for LEW endorsements
• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience
