Job Title: Interior Designer (Commercial Projects) Company Overview
3+i Design Pte Ltd is an interior design and renovation company specialising in commercial and office fit-out projects in Singapore. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Interior Designer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities - Meet and liaise with clients to understand project requirements and design objectives
- Prepare design concepts, space planning and presentation materials
- Prepare project costing, budgeting and fit-out quotations
- Produce detailed construction drawings and 3D visualisations
- Conduct site measurements and site surveys
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
- Liaise with building management/landlords for necessary permits and submissions
- Support project execution from concept to completion
