Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITES - Liaise directly with clients to understand objectives and maintain ongoing communication
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar to programmes to support design work
- Prepare 2D presentations and moodboards to convey design concepts
- Create and propose optimal designs, layouts and solutions for various projects
- Recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that suit client needs
- Propose quotations based on design and layout, convert leads into sales
- Present design proposals confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Supervise work progress to ensure timely and quality completion
- Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations
QUALIFICATIONS - Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Arts or related field
