Job Description
1. Sales & Business Development - Lead the sales team in handling client enquiries and closing renovation projects
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients and key accounts
2. Project & Operations Coordination - Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Ensure smooth workflow from sales handover to project completion
- Resolve client issues and escalations professionally
Requirements - Minimum 4 years experience in Interior Sales Design / Renovation Industry
- Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and costing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (to liaise with bilingual customers)
