You will be part of a busy and productive team of quantity surveyors and engineers providing pre contract advice and cost planning for various commercial, residential, educational, industrial, healthcare and leisure facilities being planned or under construction in UK.
You will provide architectural and structural quantity take-off, price research, and the preparation, analysis and presentation of cost estimates and related studies.
Candidates will build an excellent understanding of the UK construction market and various practices used within it.
