The Opportunity

Reporting to the Leader, National Casualty and Bodily Injury Claims, you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and settlement of Intermediate Third-Party Bodily Injury claims. You will manage a portfolio of Automobile Bodily Injury, Accident Benefit, or Automobile PD Claims of increasing complexity, and will support the team environment by assisting colleagues as needed.

What to Expect

• Manage a portfolio of Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims.
• Engage all stakeholders, including underwriting and senior leadership, in the effective management of a claim.
• Confirm policy coverages, investigate claims to determine liability and quantum, and maintain detailed file records.
• Participate in mediations, pre-trials, and settlement initiatives.
• Settle claims directly with Plaintiff’s Counsel and instruct Defence Counsel.
