Assist in layout design and space modeling for Fab, Cleanroom, Lab, and Office, supporting space utilization planning.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Layout, AMHS, FAC, HVM, and OI to support strategic space solutions and improve Lots transfer efficiency.
Support space KPI tracking and utilization analysis, leveraging data to enable space optimization and planning decisions.
Participate in new construction and expansion planning, including Move‑in / Move‑out coordination and basic budget or cost data preparation.
