Job Summary

Provides administrative support to a department or office location. Supports vendor management, invoice processing, program management, statutory business management. The position will be based within the Kuala Lumpur region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to office operation support personnel team for the daily operations – functions include Office Management, Employee Experience, Digital & Technology and local hub communication
  • Assist in building and maintaining SOPs/Playbook for the office operation support personnel team
  • Support reception operations where necessary including handling calls, guests, meeting rooms, events, office supplies and general clerical duties
