Responsibilities

• Support the team in analyzing financial and operational performance across different business units/divisions.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process, monthly rolling forecasts, and variance analysis (comparing actual spend against budget).
• Help prepare monthly business review presentations, dashboards, and financial reports for management decision-making.
• Assist with financial analysis of the Bank's performance and profitability metrics against market peers.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights, identify cost‑saving opportunities, or highlight revenue drivers.

Requirements

• Finance, Accounting or Business major
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Good communication abilities
• Attention to detail
• Interest in banking, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or commercial business finance.
